Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems

Must have good knowledge about networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers.

The service professional should be able to keep updated with all the latest developments related to these components.

Know how to troubleshoot network connectivity problems.

In-depth understanding of communication technologies applications and telecommunications systems

You Must Have

Proven skills and experience to keep track of customer environment network needs

Knowledge and experience in solving network issues

Experience and training in network design and data systems

Experience and training in network design and data systems

Project management skills

Knowledge in scripting and programming routines

Knowledge and experience in network automation

Good to have experience in administration of Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper space, tacacs

Strong English proficiency level that allows the service provider to read, write, listen, and speak in English.

European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
