Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist specialized in Machine Learning and Deep Learning to join our teams within a technologically advanced client environment.

You will contribute to the development, training, and optimisation of state-of-the-art AI models, particularly Transformers and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from applied research to production deployment, helping drive innovation in advanced intelligent systems.

What you will do

• Develop, train, evaluate, and optimise Machine Learning and Deep Learning models;
• Implement, adapt, and extend Transformer-based architectures for different use cases;
• Work with Large Language Models and NLP pipelines to address complex challenges;
• Build efficient and reproducible data pipelines;
• Implement distributed training strategies and performance optimisation techniques;
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on end‑to‑end AI solutions;
• Document technical approaches and promote best practices within the team;
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and ML research trends.

What you are like

• Proficient in Data Science and Machine Learning methodologies;
• Experienced in developing Transformer models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX;
• Skilled in using frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, DeepSpeed, Megatron‑LM, FSDP or similar;
• Experienced with Large Language Models from providers such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, Cohere or equivalent;
• Proficient in Python and associated ML tooling;
• Valued: experience with fine‑tuning and instruction‑tuning LLMs;
• Valued: knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases;
• Valued: experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
• Valued: familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
