DevOps Engineer

K&K Social Resources & Development GmbH is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in the Switzerland which is actively hiring candidates to expand its teams.

Role- DevOps Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Required Skills:

• Experience is ideal, but we can also consider very good DevOps candidates with less experience.
• Proven expertise in Java (framework: Spring) and Angular.
• Strong experience in building pipelines, delivering and deploying Java applications (Git, Bamboo), as well as managing containers and orchestrators like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Significant expertise with Kafka, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written French and English.

Additional skills:

• A strong belief in automation and infrastructure as code (eg, Puppet).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Experience in network security and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
