✍️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️

We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in large corporate environments, ideally within operations or digital transformation contexts.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
• Background in operations, process optimization, or digital transformation projects
• Experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence initiatives (e.g. Celonis)
• Knowledge of BPM methodologies and BPMN notation
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operations environments
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations)
• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Act as a bridge between IT, business and operations teams
• Support process optimization initiatives linked to Process Mining and BPM
