Backend Developer

Introduction

Our organization’s mission is to create assets (software products) for IBM Consulting and to provide end-to-end software engineering services to our clients that leverage these assets. There a several IBM Consulting assets in play for this role.

Your Role And Responsibilities

IBM Consulting’s Asset Engineering Services is looking for a highly skilled Backend developer to join this dynamic, global team to deliver outstanding results for both internal and external clients and IBM Business Partners. You will be working with highly collaborative teams in a dynamic and agile environment.

You will be responsible for developing new features across multiple products, interpreting business requirements and developing backend business logic functionality. You will also support our client deliveries and solving client issues and defects that users encounter in our products.

Develop and maintain server-side components of Community Health's web-based application using Java and related technologies. Implememt HL7 FHIRE standdard and ensure data interoperability across systems.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong understanding of back-end development languages (Node.js/Python).
• HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) implementation experience
• Experience with building web applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of Model Ops practices on cloud and containerization
• Familiarity with design lead development methodologies in complex data platforms and analytics
• Ability to work with data from the data platform and communicate insights effectively.
