ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading multinational manufacturing group with a strong global footprint and dynamic operating environment, is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR team.


HR Generalist (6140/HG/ESS/RO)


Role Summary:


The role plays a key part in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations within a production-oriented organization, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with local legislation, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


Requirements:


  • Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, preparation of employment documentation, and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Support payroll preparation and manage the collaboration with the external partner. Manage meal vouchers and monitor leave, overtime, and timekeeping processes ensuring proper follow-up and compliance, and prepare standard HR documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation across all personnel files.
  • Update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers and coordinate required pre-employment and periodic medical examinations with external providers.
  • Prepare and submit official HR reports to regulatory authorities in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Support the implementation and communication of internal HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations and local labor legislation.
  • Monitor the coordination of office supplies and maintain effective collaboration with external service providers, including travel, cleaning, utilities, and administrative services.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative employee inquiries, and provide ad-hoc administrative and coordination support to management.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, payroll process and labor law concepts.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
