The Project Management team handles a wide range of complex projects, driving innovation and digitalization within the organization. Our projects vary from digitalization initiatives and cabin refurbishments to the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. Are you ready to explore the exciting world of aviation?

Tasks

You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects while also leading smaller initiatives independently. With the right enthusiasm, we'll equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

• Project Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and task tracking, including documentation and resource coordination to achieve project goals efficiently and collaboratively
• Lead Smaller Initiatives: Independently lead smaller initiatives, especially in digitalization and continuous improvement
• Communication: Facilitate communication by managing updates and coordinating meetings
• Data and Financial Analysis: Create business cases, prepare budget decisions, and monitor expenditures.
• Risk and Quality Management: Assist in identifying project risks and performing quality checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field (project assignments may vary depending on your background)
• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in the aviation industry
• Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels
• Flexible, open-minded, and team-oriented (a true people person)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office
