SAP Treasury Technology Project Manager (S/4HANA)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury Technology Project Manager with strong hands-on SAP Treasury expertise and people management skills to lead an SAP S/4HANA Treasury rollout. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, ownership of end-to-end delivery, and coordination across multiple SAP and non-SAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementation from planning to go-live
• Own delivery across the following Treasury domains:
• Payment Master Data
• Payment Processing
• Internal Account Management (transition from In-House Cash Management to In-House Banking)
• Bank Connectivity using EBICS connector via vendor PaymentCC
• Bank Statement Processing
• Collateral Management
• Manage integration with ~12 SAP and non-SAP systems
• Act as the main technical and delivery lead for Treasury workstreams
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Drive project governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a SAP Treasury Project Manager / Tech PM
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP Treasury (ECC & S/4HANA)
• Proven experience leading S/4HANA Treasury rollouts
• Solid understanding of:
• Payments and bank communication
• In-House Banking / Cash Management
• EBICS connectivity
• Bank statement and collateral processes
• Experience managing complex system integrations
• Strong people management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in large enterprise or banking environments
• Experience working with external payment vendors and connectors
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies
