Among the solutions you will find web applications, native mobile applications and technical components.

About The Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master who will be accountable for fostering the Scrum Team’s effectiveness by ensuring Scrum practices are understood and applied. This role is pivotal in supporting self-management, facilitating productive Scrum events, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, coach, and change agent to promote Agile maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Team Effectiveness:
• Establish Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide.
• Support the team in becoming self-managing and cross-functional.
• Facilitation of Scrum Events:
• Ensure Scrum events occur, are productive, and stay within timeboxes.
• Guide the team to maintain focus on Sprint Goals.
• Removing Impediments:
• Actively remove obstacles hindering progress.
• Escalate issues when necessary while empowering the team to solve problems independently.
• Coaching & Servant Leadership:
• Coach the team and Product Owner in Agile practices and self-management.
• Support effective Product Backlog management and high-quality delivery.
• Stakeholder & Organizational Support:
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve team interactions.
• Promote Agile culture and incremental delivery across the organization.

Must-have Requirements

• Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices, and the Scrum Guide.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage team flow using metrics (velocity, cycle time, WIP).
• Mindset:
• Servant leadership approach with a focus on team empowerment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in software development or technical background.
• Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
