Blockchain Operations Manager (Remote)

About the Role

Business Angels Wermland is seeking a Blockchain Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily blockchain-related operations across multiple digital asset networks.

This role is critical in ensuring transaction accuracy, operational efficiency, wallet coordination, and risk control within our digital asset infrastructure. You will work closely with trading, compliance, and technical teams to maintain secure and scalable blockchain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee blockchain transaction workflows and confirmations
• Manage wallet operations across multiple networks
• Coordinate internal approvals for digital asset transfers
• Monitor on-chain activity and operational risks
• Improve internal processes and automation
• Maintain structured reporting on digital asset flows
• Ensure adherence to internal operational and security standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of blockchain transactions and wallet infrastructure
• Experience monitoring digital asset movements
• High level of operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to manage remote workflows and cross-functional coordination
• Strong interest in crypto infrastructure and digital asset management

Experience in exchanges, digital asset funds, custody platforms, or crypto-native companies is a strong advantage.
