Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile product delivery for digital credential and digital wallet solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stand-ups, retrospectives, and iteration reviews.
- Apply user-centred design principles, leveraging research, analytics, and real-world usage insights.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning business needs, technical capabilities, and evolving standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, UX, DevOps, security, and policy teams.
- Promote team self-organization, remove delivery obstacles, and manage dependencies.
- Communicate complex product and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and trade-offs across ecosystem components (wallet, agent, backend).
- Support interoperability planning and alignment with industry frameworks (e.g., PCTF, NIST, eIDAS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner ministries, vendors, and governance bodies.
- Proven ability to lead agile product delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stand-ups, retrospectives, and iteration reviews.
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, UX, DevOps, architecture, policy, etc.).
- Hands-on experience applying user-centred design, user research, rapid prototyping, and iterative product improvement.
- Ability to define and manage product roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience communicating complex product and technical concepts to executives, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with engineers and informed technical decision-making.
- Prior experience designing, developing, or architecting software solutions.
- Experience with at least one primary stack (e.g., mobile: Kotlin, Swift, React Native; backend: Node, Go, Python).
- Strong familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
- Experience working with or supporting mobile applications, including SDKs and API integrations.
- Understanding of digital credential ecosystems, including W3C Verifiable Credentials, DIDs, trust frameworks, credential status/revocation concepts.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as PCTF, NIST, eIDAS, or similar digital identity standards.
- Experience working with digital identity, verifiable credentials, or trust ecosystems.
- Exposure to standards development or interoperability initiatives.
- Experience delivering products in the public sector / government environments.
- Familiarity with privacy, security, and accessibility frameworks.
- Experience contributing to standards discussions or ecosystem alignment efforts.
