Our AI & Innovation Team builds AI-enabled platforms and agentic systems that automate, optimize, and evolve the marketing process—from creative development to media execution to performance analytics.

We're looking for a Mid-level Product Manager with deep expertise in marketing technology and data in both B2C and B2B applications.

This role is for someone who can architect intelligent workflows where multiple AI agents collaborate seamlessly to deliver scalable, bespoke business outcomes. You'll design and iterate toward a future where strategy, creativity, and operations converge through agentic orchestration.

AI Strategy

  • collaborate with Senior Product Manager to develop go-to-market strategy, plan and execute the GTM launch strategy. (positioning, pricing and messaging)
  • Maintain a dynamic product roadmap that supports modular innovation, enabling combinations of agents to power bespoke client solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to co-create new ways of working—where AI augments human creativity and decision-making to deliver differentiated value

Product Design & Development

  • Use deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms to design productized innovations that automate workflows and improve access to data and insights
  • Build and prioritize products and complex product roadmaps, setting priorities and delivering on-time solutions
  • Translate strategic concepts into actionable product experiences and MVPs

Technical Collaboration & Architecture

  • Collaborate with IT, data engineers, architects, and data scientists to design solutions within scalable and secure environments
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes
  • Develop frameworks for agent evaluation and observability, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across multi-agent interactions

Process & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and clients to baseline processes and workflows through marketing technology stacks
  • Leverage data for informed decisions on product direction, pricing strategy and technical trade-offs

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management or product-building roles (B2B, CRM, AI, automation environments)
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum and iterative product delivery
  • Technical proficiency in product architecture and MVP development
  • Proven experience architecting data-driven platforms, or agentic platforms that integrate with APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Experience defining KPIs, analyzing user feedback, and iterating products responsibly with awareness of security and compliance
  • Knowledge of AI agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-based automation pipelines
  • Skilled in workflow automation, data architecture, and platform scalability principles
  • Familiarity with AI prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and design collaboration platforms (Figma, GitHub)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams drive strategic vision
  • Passion for exploring how AI, creativity, and human behavior intersect to transform how brands connect with audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially related to cost-benefit analysis and ROI tracking
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into elegant, outcome-focused product experiences
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members

Salary Range

$85-105K (subject to experience level)
