Blockchain Project Manager

Our client, a leading Digital Assets Investment firm, is seeking a seasoned Blockchain Project Manager to lead initiatives on the Canton Network — a privacy-enabled, interoperable blockchain ecosystem designed for institutional use cases. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation, and who can translate blockchain’s potential into real-world institutional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Canton Network projects from inception to delivery, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee integration of Canton Network solutions into existing financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Drive adoption by identifying and developing new use cases for institutional clients.
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in blockchain project management (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of DLT, smart contracts, and interoperability frameworks.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in digital assets.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.
