Job Title: Data & Analytics Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives within the banking/financial services sector. The role requires strong Agile expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex programs within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
• Drive Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog management, JIRA tracking).
• Facilitate governance forums and proactively manage risks.
• Ensure vendor adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience managing Data/Analytics/AI projects, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on Agile and JIRA expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• GCC/Qatar banking experience preferred.
