Your Role

  • Log, classify, and prioritize incidents and service requests to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for IT, application, and system-related issues; escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams.
  • Administer and configure JIRA Software & JIRA Service Management, including projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, and permissions.
  • Create and manage automation rules, SLA policies, notifications, and escalation flows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and filters for stakeholders and operational teams.

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, documentation standards, and ticket handling processes.
  • Ability to manage L1/L2 support workload, multitask, and work within SLA‑driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), customer‑oriented, and strong problem‑solving mindset.
  • 3 years of hands‑on experience in JIRA administration (workflows, schemes, automation, dashboards).
  • Comfort working with cross‑functional teams (developers, infra, security, vendors).
  • Willingness to work in shift‑based support environments if business requires.
