  • Product & Process Functions- Modification/ revision of product & process time to time as per field feedback and regulatory alignment
  • CAM Review- Review of CAMs
  • Managing drawdowns and releases and other operational activities
  • Onboarding, renewal/enhancement, management of Collateral Managers
  • Delinquency Monitoring -Managing health of portfolio by various delinquency tracking (Loan maturity, Limit maturity, Margin Call, Interest overdue)
  • Digitization of processes- Digitalization of processes and Implementation of Technology related modifications/ development in line with product modifications- Changes in documentation from paper to online, modifications in eCBF
  • Strengthen Systems, Controls and Processes in Commodity Financing- Automation of various processes for better TAT & accuracy
  • Vendor Management
  • Documentation & Legal matters-Review, Updation/ termination of documentation
  • Liquidation / Auction in default cases- To facilitate Auction and liquidation of stock in case of default for maximum recovery.

1 1.Periodic Reporting & Adherence to compliance Periodic reporting to external and internal stakeholders as per guidelines

  • Internal, External & Statutory Audits- Responsible for closure of internal, external and statutory audits.
  • Functional Trainings- Training to internal teams to successfully navigate changes in product and processes, as and when required.

Arrange trainings from external stakeholders for Business, Product and operations team tailored to train them on specific product interface as and when required

  • Specialized report publishing, Market Intelligence & Price Polling:

Creating inhouse reports on crops and weather and gathering & updating information related to Commodity prices
