TrustGrid is a Web3 company building secure, scalable, and decentralized solutions for enterprise and government clients. Our mission is to redefine digital infrastructure using blockchain, cryptography, and distributed technologies. 

Role Overview: 

We’re looking for a Blockchain & Full-Stack Lead to architect and lead the development of our decentralized backend systems. You will work primarily with Node.js, Ethereum, Hyperledger Indy, and DHT-based architectures, while collaborating with mobile and frontend teams to deliver seamless, secure experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Lead the design and development of backend systems for decentralized applications. 

· Architect and implement blockchain integrations using Ethereum, Hyperledger Indy, and other protocols. 

· Build and maintain secure APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Node.js. 

· Ensure best practices in cryptography, data privacy, and secure communication. 

· Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams (ReactJS, React Native) to ensure smooth integration. 

· Define and enforce Git branching strategies, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. 

· Conduct code reviews, mentor backend developers, and uphold high standards of code quality and security. 

· Stay current with emerging trends in Web3, distributed systems, and backend architecture. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

· Strong proficiency in Node.js, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture. 

· Hands-on experience with Blockchain (Ethereum, Hyperledger Indy, etc) and decentralized identity systems. 

· Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, secure key management, and data integrity. 

· Experience with DHTs, peer-to-peer networking, and distributed storage. 

· Familiarity with ReactJS, JavaScript, and Next.js for full-stack collaboration. 

· Proven experience in leading backend teams, managing sprints, and delivering production-grade systems. 

· Expertise in Git workflows, branching strategies, and release management. 

· Knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP). 

Good to Have Skills: 

· Experience with smart contract development and blockchain SDKs. 

· Exposure to zero-knowledge proofs, DID, or secure enclave technologies. 

· Contributions to open-source blockchain or backend projects. 

· Understanding of government-grade security and compliance standards.
