Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Change Management, Budget tracking, and Risk Management within the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads in banking transformation programs.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with sprint and release goals.

Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.

Project Delivery & Governance

Change-Management

Budget & Financial Tracking

Risk & Issue Management

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master.

Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Core Banking, Regulatory projects).

Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

Experience managing delivery budgets, financial tracking, and risk governance.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps.

Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management processes.

Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SM) preferred.
