State & Community Mastheads
- Support the in-house media team with the planning, buying, implementation and monitoring of integrated media campaigns across print, digital, TV and radio
- Assist with campaign administration including confirmations, pre-times, post-analysis, reporting and ongoing performance tracking
- Upload and manage media plans, print confirmations and digital IOs in internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy
- Provide financial support including Spectra loading, proformas, invoicing checks and resolving account queries within required timeframes
- Coordinate owned marketing activity, including booking print and digital placements, managing fillers and supporting reporting
- Liaise with creative teams to manage asset delivery, material instructions, specs and deadlines
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Creative, Finance) and external partners including media suppliers and agencies
- A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- A confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and follow process
- Solutions-focused, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships and manages expectations
- Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in media and marketing
