Product Designer

Are you a UI/UX designer with strong visual craft and a growing curiosity about what AI means for your work? You care about polish, consistency and the details that make an interface feel considered. You can build and maintain design systems, and you know how to make complex products feel simple. But the tools and workflows around you were built for a world that's changing fast. You want to be somewhere that's actively closing that gap. Where the design process itself is something you're shaping, not something handed to you.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Who we are

A well funded team backed by top tier VCs, building a platform that lets creators build interactive entertainment and actually make money from it. Creation, monetisation, distribution and audience growth. The founders have built and scaled companies to nine figure outcomes in gaming, and the co-founder you'd work with every day comes from a design and product background.

The culture is low ego, moves fast and ideas come from anywhere. AI tools are part of how everyone works, not a novelty. The product is live and the design challenges are real. How do you make the creation of complex interactive software feel simple for people who aren't developers? That's the problem at the centre of this role.

The Role

  • Own the UI craft across the product suite. Polished interfaces, component libraries and a design system that scales as the product grows.
  • Design how someone goes from an idea to a published, monetisable experience. Creation tools, templates, onboarding, monetisation and distribution.
  • Elevate what already exists. Audit existing interfaces, spot what needs tightening and raise the bar on visual quality and consistency.
  • Work directly with a co-founder who's a designer and product person. Some projects will be closely directed, others you'll own end to end.
  • Shape how AI powered creation tools feel simple and intuitive for non-technical creators. Run lightweight user testing to validate your decisions.
  • Help define what the design process looks like when AI is central to development. Test it, refine it, share what you learn with the wider team.
  • Get hands on with prototypes and new tools. You're close to the build and part of how things ship

What you'll bring

  • Strong visual and UI craft. Polish, consistency and the fine details that separate good interfaces from great ones. Your portfolio shows it.
  • Comfort building and maintaining design systems and component libraries. You think in reusable patterns, not one-off screens.
  • Solid UX foundations. Information architecture, interaction design, the thinking behind the screens.
  • Web design experience with mobile-first and responsive sensibility.
  • Figma proficiency. It's still a core tool here, even if how much time you spend in it is evolving.
  • Adaptability. Comfortable taking close direction on some projects and running autonomously on others.
  • A genuine curiosity about AI in design. Some comfort navigating code-based environments for prototyping (tools like Cursor, Claude Code or similar) is useful, and you'll get better at it fast here.
  • Bonus if you've worked on consumer apps, creator tools or marketplace products, or if you have motion design and micro-interaction skills.

If you're reading this thinking "that's me but I haven't done all of it" we'd still love to hear from you.

If you want to be part of a team building something genuinely new, where you'll have real influence over the product and help define what design looks like going forward, we'd love to hear from you.
