UI/ UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer (Baseline Clearance preferred)

Contract: 12 months (likely extensions)
Location: Canberra / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline Clearance preferred

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver a modern internal portal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design UI/UX for web or mobile applications

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications

• Develop user stories, storyboards, and design assets

• Facilitate co-design workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Collaborate with delivery teams to align design with business goals

Skills & Experience:

• 8-10+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX work

• Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

• Experience in consulting or government environments is an advantage
