Scrum Master - (Baseline clearance preferred)

• Duration: 12 months (likely extensions)

• Location: Canberra / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

• Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline clearance preferred

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across a delivery team. This is an intermediate-level role suited to someone with strong hands-on Scrum experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, estimations)

• Manage sprint delivery and team coordination

• Support the team to meet delivery timelines and service commitments

• Ensure Agile and process compliance

• Act as a key communication link across stakeholders and delivery teams

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background

• Relevant Agile or Scrum certifications highly regarded
