About the Role

We’re building an AI-driven product and looking for a Product Manager to help shape our roadmap and deliver great user experiences. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and engineering team to define priorities, plan releases, and bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast-moving startup.


Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities.
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into clear requirements.
  • Collaborate managing directly engineering to plan, build, and ship features.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with team capacity and goals.
  • Analyze feedback and data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Keep clear, async communication across a distributed team.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (ideally in startups or SaaS environments).
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles and agile practices.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Analytical mindset with good judgment for prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
  • Self-starter, organized, and comfortable with autonomy.
