AI Developer & Service Automation | Vienna, Austria | €4,500+ monthly
We're working with Leica Microsystems on this exciting opportunity. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions to enhance service productivity and efficiency within a global organization, driving an AI-native, predictive, and data-driven service operation.
The Role
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools to improve global service productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Build robust AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Translate service use cases into scalable AI solutions, with an emphasis on diagnostics and remote resolution.
• Develop predictive models to identify early warning signals for service incidents and improve operational planning.
• Implement AI solutions to automate and accelerate service workflows like case triage and root-cause analysis.
• Own end-to-end deployed AI solutions, ensuring performance monitoring, retraining, and documentation.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in CS or STEM major; Master's/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• Proven experience in Machine Learning / Generative AI (NLP, RAG systems) and Data Structures/Handling.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including API integration and AI model deployment.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and Cloud services (AWS/Azure) preferred.
• Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
