Founded by experienced security professionals, Buck4Bug works with fintechs, SaaS companies, and regulated organizations across the EU. We are growing fast, closing new clients, and expanding our commercial presence in the Baltics and wider European market.
Now, we are looking for a Sales Manager based in Tallinn to take ownership of revenue growth and help shape our go-to-market engine from an early stage.
About the Role
As Sales Manager at Buck4Bug, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of cybersecurity services — from first contact to closed deal. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys selling complex, trust-based services and working directly with founders, security engineers, and clients.
You will sell to CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, Compliance, and Founders, primarily in the Baltics (Tallinn) and EU market.
This role offers real ownership, influence, and upside as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Estonian market, focused on offensive cyber security services.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, HR, Procurement).
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with others teams to ensure successful fulfilment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine value propositions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities in the Baltics (when required).
Requirements
- Established history of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment; familiarity with IT/Cybersecurity solutions is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of the Baltic Cyber security / IT market, sales strategies and client buying behaviour.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the EU as needed.
