Your Role:

• As a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of building modern, interactive, and scalable web applications.
• Working with UI-frameworks such as DevExpress (or comparable libraries), you will craft Blazor/Razor component-based frontends that integrate seamlessly with our webservice-driven backend systems.
• Within our 4-tier architecture, you will ensure that applications are not only functional but also maintainable, secure, and optimized to scale for growth.
• Beyond development, you will actively shape technical design decisions, introduce best practices, and drive the continuous evolution of our products. In short: you will be a key contributor in transforming complex requirements into elegant, future-proof solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modern web frontends with Razor and Blazor, delivering reusable components, dynamic UIs, and high-performance single-page applications.
• Leverage .NET Core to build and integrate scalable frontend logic with backend webservices and REST APIs.
• Utilize DevExpress (or comparable UI frameworks) to create polished, enterprise-grade interfaces.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, especially regarding component-based frontend development and service integration.
• Work within agile teams, actively participating from concept to deployment, ensuring quality via CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote best practices in Blazor and Razor development while sharing knowledge with colleagues to strengthen the team’s expertise

Frontend Development Skills:

• Solid experience in web development with Razor and Blazor for UI implementation, including:
• Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly architectures
• Component lifecycle management and state handling
• JavaScript interop and browser API integration
• Responsive and adaptive design principles
• Proficiency with DevExpress or similar UI frameworks (e.g., Telerik, Syncfusion) for building rich, interactive user interfaces
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for enhanced frontend capabilities
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with frontend state management patterns and data binding strategies

Backend Development Skills

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms:

+ JWT tokens and OAuth 2.0 flows

+ ASP.NET Core Identity

+ Role-based and claims-based authorization

+ Secure API endpoints and data protection

• Scalable Backend Architecture Expertise

+ Understanding of asynchronous processing patterns using message queues and

background workers to decouple long-running operations from API request/response cycles

+ Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices to identify bottlenecks, track

performance metrics, and implement auto-scaling strategies based on system load
