The Company

Early-stage AI startup with a recent funding building intelligent systems for real-world workflows.

The Role

You’ll be working alongside the CTO, shaping the next phase of a fast-growing AI platform already in use by a mostly US-based clientele. This is very much an end-end engineering role… the core stack is Node.js, AWS, and Next.js – you will be driving the architecture, building scalable services, and guiding the overall direction of the product. You’ll partner closely with senior management, influence technical strategy, and ensure engineering execution keeps pace with commercial growth. This is a true scaling environment… the team is expanding a greenfield AI product that’s gaining real traction and has the potential to redefine how organisations interact with intelligent systems.

The Person

• 4+ years’ engineering experience.
• Strong with Node.js, modern JS/TS, and cloud-native development on AWS.
• Comfortable across the stack… Next.js/React experience is a plus.
• Experience building LLM‑powered features/working with GenAI tooling.
• Product-minded, pragmatic, and motivated by solving real problems.
• Able to drive architecture, delivery, and hands-on execution.
• Startup/scaleup experience helpful.
• Strong communicator and mentor.
