General and Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to fill a hybrid role of Product Manager and General Manager for a new, well-funded in-house project. You will be the first senior hire outside of the IT and design teams, responsible for overseeing the entire go-to-market cycle. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and has the capacity to build, launch, and scale a top-tier product. You will work closely with the founder and founding team to ensure the project's success.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute the product go-to-market strategy and vision.
Build and prioritize the product roadmap.
Act as the primary stakeholder for the development and design teams, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
Manage staffing, including hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
Oversee partnerships, vendor relationships, and contracts.
Lead the marketing and sales strategy execution.
Take charge of budgeting, commercial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the project.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product meets market needs.
Oversee product development, collaborating with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and launch features.
Drive improvements based on user experience and feedback, ensuring the product continuously evolves.
Set and analyze KPIs and metrics to track product success and implement necessary adjustments.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch, focusing on continuous improvement.
Develop and execute both short-term and long-term business strategies to meet growth objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, promoting innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Ensure daily operations align with business goals and maintain operational efficiency.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand product reach and market opportunities.
Mitigate business risks by developing strategies to ensure sustainability and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager/Director/C level in igaming/casino, with experience in launching and scaling startups through all stages from idea to market success.
Demonstrated experience in leadership within a startup or tech-driven environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.
Strong cross-functional team management experience.
Demonstrated ability to shape and drive product vision and business strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a similar leadership role within a startup.
Background in business management or entrepreneurship.
