We’re now looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer who’s ready to build, improve, and scale systems that power real customer experiences. If you value real impact and ongoing learning -you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Contribute to feature design and technical implementation;
Develop, test, and maintain backend features;
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;
Help improve performance, reliability, and scalability;
Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues;
Contribute to code reviews and share best practices;
Continuously improve system quality and developer experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

2–5 years of hands-on experience building backend systems;
Solid experience with PHP (Laravel preferred; Symfony is also welcome);
Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL preferred) and basic knowledge of NoSQL;
Familiarity with REST APIs and event-driven concepts;
Experience working with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, containers, etc.);
Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar);
Understanding of secure web development principles;
Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail;
Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving skills;
Experience or interest in e-commerce is a strong plus.
