Job Opportunity: Product Group Manager

About the Role:

The Product Group Manager is responsible for reaching agreed sales and business development targets by proposing and executing the commercial strategy through a local action plan. The role builds and strengthens Swixx’s position and image in the Baltic market by developing a comprehensive network of internal and external stakeholders across the healthcare environment.

Based on data-driven insights, the Product Group Manager proposes and implements effective commercial solutions to maximize portfolio performance, strengthen market positioning, and ensure profitability. The role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and external partners to successfully execute agreed strategies and deliver business objectives across the Baltic states.


Essential Requirements


Education

·      University degree (preferably medical, pharmacy)


Experience & Knowledge

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing positions

·      In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system combined with strong insight into customer needs

·      Account management experience

·      Project management experience

·      Strong business acumen with proficiency in business tools; skilled in strategic and critical thinking

·      Pricing strategy and margin management

·      Fluent in local (Lithuanian) and English language

·      Excellent MS Office literacy

·      Driver’s license

Responsibilities

      Commercial Execution and Marketing

·      Prepare and execute approved sales and marketing tactics and activities for products within the assigned product group or therapeutic area.

·      Deliver agreed commercial and strategic objectives within the approved budget and timelines.

·      Promote assigned products in accordance with the EFPIA code, Swixx Biopharma compliance standards and internal procedures.

·      Utilize multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of integrated multichannel marketing campaigns.

      Stakeholder and Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers to drive commercial development in the therapeutic area.

      Market Strategy, Planning and Performance

·      Conduct market analysis and research to generate forecasts, insights and recommendations.

·      Develop action plans based on analysis to capture opportunities and mitigate risks arising from market dynamics and the competitive landscape.

·      Monitor market and competitor activity and adjust plans and execution accordingly.

·      Prepare and submit timely and accurate activity and performance reports.

·      Provide input for market access and business development initiatives as requested by the direct supervisor.

Compliance, Quality & Capability Development

·      Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, competitors, and therapeutic areas.

·      Prepare timely reports on activities in line with the agreed timelines.

·      Ensure full compliance in implementation of professional activities and enhances good image of Swixx BioPharma.

·      Complete on time all training courses assigned to him/her in accordance with the corporate training plan, enrolled in Swixx Electronic Learning Management system or outside the system.
