Full Stack Engineer

As part of the expansion of our client's digital activities, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Angular / Scala) with a strong frontend orientation to join a Software Factory team. You will primarily contribute to the design and development of web and mobile interfaces for a Customer Portal, while occasionally supporting backend development activities.

You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team composed of a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and developers, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile (Scrum) and collaborative environment.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor your solutions end-to-end.
• Maintain and enhance Web and Mobile applications (Angular, Capacitor) as well as backend APIs developed in Scala.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of existing solutions.
• Act as a technical reference within your application domain.
• Support collaboration within the team through knowledge sharing and code quality practices.

Desired Profile:

Frontend & Mobile:

• Strong expertise in Angular (v15+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating UI mockups (e.g., Figma).
• Familiarity with hybrid mobile frameworks such as Capacitor or Cordova.
• Good understanding of Software Craftsmanship principles (clean code, testing, architecture).

Backend:

• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java 8+).
• Experience with Scala, or willingness to grow into the language.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience working with MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with the JSONAPI standard.

Quality & DevOps:

• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Comfortable working with CI/CD tools such as Kubernetes and Jenkins.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Instana, Sentry, or Datadog.

Soft Skills:

• Experience supporting peers through code reviews, pair programming, or mentoring.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset and adaptability.
• Fluent in French and English.
