VASS is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to work full-time remotely for our client EIB. (only EU citizens)

The role:

• Integrating new applications into HashiCorp Vault using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code approaches
• Producing precise and comprehensive operational documentation for HashiCorp Vault
• Delivering training sessions to relevant teams on the proper usage of Vault
• Designing and implementing new features and enhancements within HashiCorp Vault

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for HashiCorp Vault
• Configuring HashiCorp Vault using Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code approaches
• Designing and developing new functionalities within the HashiCorp Vault platform
• Overseeing the execution of projects and handling individual maintenance tickets
• Conducting disaster recovery (DR) testing
• Performing ongoing maintenance and operational support of the HashiCorp Vault platform

You have:

• Project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall)
• SME level of knowledge about Hashicorp vault
• Strong Terraform Knowledge
• Strong Security Mindset
• Data analysis and reporting
• Lifecycle of a secret manager product
• Strong sense of commitment and problem-solving attitude
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good analytical skills
• Customer-oriented approach when dealing with internal counterparts
