What would be your mission?

You will be responsible and fully accountable for identifying and managing the resources to successfully carry out multiple small to medium-sized, complex projects including individual systems development projects, and for the delivery of agreed project outputs to the agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope.

To manage and coordinate the activity of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project deliverable.

• Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated and approved according to required procedures.
• Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Ensure the project is resourced appropriately.
• Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards.
• Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented, tracked and followed-up on.
• Ensure that the project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets.
• Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication.
• Manage and lead project team members.
• Ensure the project closes according to required procedures.

What would be your tasks?

• Maintain and manage the Work Plan & Milestones (WPM) and ensure project governance documentation is up to date.
• Own the RAID log and drive mitigation, escalation, and dependency tracking.
• Organise and facilitate internal and external Steering Committees, including preparation of agendas, packs, and action tracking.
• Coordinate collection and validation of final business and technical requirements with Business, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to align requirements, technical delivery, and testing plans.
• Follow up on legal, regulatory, compliance, and data protection impacts, ensuring timely sign-offs and integration into planning.
• Lead coordination of the internal project team, ensuring clarity of roles, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide weekly progress, risk, and dependency reporting to project leadership.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience of proven track record in a similar role (able to manage at least 2 projects at the same time).
• At least 5 years of experience in managing multiple small to medium sized complex projects.
• Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions.
• Experience in developing and tracking financial business cases.
• Relevant experience working in the capital markets industry.
• Experience with ICSD – Custody and collateral management will be an asset.
• Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members. Able to report to senior management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French / German or/and any other languages will be an asset.
• Location: Based in Luxembourg. No remote Job.
