Backend Engineer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented professional to join a high-impact transformation project focused on advanced data visualization, automation, and cloud delivery.

🎯 Your Mission:

You will play a key role in designing, developing, automating, and delivering modern data visualization solutions powered by complex SQL and deployed in cloud-native environments.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

📊 Data Visualization & SQL Development.

• Design and implement Grafana dashboards aligned with detailed specifications.
• Develop and optimize complex, time-series-oriented SQL queries (ClickHouse) including windowing and performance tuning.
• Provide insights on data structures to ensure optimized and scalable queries.
• Write clean, high-quality SQL code for new functionalities and automated tests following best practices.

🔄 Automation & Delivery:

• Ensure dashboards can be automatically and repeatably deployed across environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and structured delivery reporting.
• Deliver software in containerized environments (Docker or RPM depending on production setup).
• Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible and AWS CloudFormation.

✅ Quality & Testing:

• Establish QA plans in collaboration with testers, including KPI-driven reporting (design, execution, automation, regression).
• Build and maintain automated test suites (Unit Tests) using modern frameworks.
• Contribute actively to continuous code improvement and refactoring.
• Deliver clear and accurate documentation of implemented solutions.

💡 Nice to Have:

• Ability to develop supporting Python and/or Java components alongside dashboards (e.g., enabling automated Grafana screenshots embedded in email reports).
