Analista funcional

What you will do (1st year expectations)

• Gather, understand, analyze, and translate Front Office user needs into detailed functional specifications
• Participate in the translation of functional requirements into technical specifications in close collaboration with development teams
• Develop and execute test cases, being responsible for functional testing, particularly focusing on PV and Risk impacts
• With support from developers and the release manager, create automated non-regression tests
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and perform qualification tests (integration and regression testing)
• Participate in workload estimation required for development and testing activities
• Coordinate production deployment steps
• Contribute to 3rd level support, including analysis of existing systems, incident monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all developments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Learn and gain expertise in “Summit Software” and the broader IT ecosystem

Context

• Role based in Lisbon with a hybrid remote work model
• Occasional travel to Porto and Paris to integrate with the full team
• Daily interaction with international teams, mainly based in Paris
• Strong focus on system integration (service-oriented architecture)
• Understanding business processes is critical, as systems interact with both internal and external banking entities

Profile Requirements

Business Skills

• Solid knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows (P&L, OTC trades, credit and IR swaps, CDS, bonds, repos, MM, some FX, and regulatory aspects)
• Strong understanding of financial products, including credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash, FX, and options
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols, particularly in:
• Booking (new products)
• Valuation
• Platform projects
• Reporting projects

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Summit Front Office

Soft Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of human interaction
• High level of autonomy and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proven capability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders

Salary Range: 1650€ to 1950€ a month
