Technical Project Manager IAM - Microsoft Entra ID (50-60%)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID within a regulated banking environment.

Contract Duration: 01.03.2026 – 31.12.2026

Location: Zürich (50–60% onsite)

Industry: Banking / Financial Services (preferred)

Role Overview

This role will drive improvements across user access management, privileged access, and access governance, while also supporting the implementation of behavioral biometrics as part of a modern IAM landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong technical delivery capabilities with excellent stakeholder management and a solid understanding of regulatory and governance requirements in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IAM / IGA / PAM initiatives, including:
• Identity lifecycle management
• Access governance
• Privileged access management
• Audit and compliance alignment
• Drive improvements within the Microsoft Entra ID environment, including user access models and privilege management
• Support and manage the implementation of behavioral biometrics solutions
• Plan, track, and monitor delivery using Jira, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate closely with security, cloud, and application teams to align IAM solutions with business and regulatory needs
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal security policies, and governance frameworks
• Manage vendors and internal stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, measurable project outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering IAM-related initiatives
• Strong hands-on or delivery experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Solid understanding of IAM, IGA, and PAM
• Experience working in banking or financial services, including regulatory and governance requirements
• Familiarity with behavioral biometrics or advanced authentication methods (implementation or rollout experience preferred)
• Azure / cloud experience
• Strong experience using Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
