Project Manager

One of our clients in the financial services space is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the implementation of a desk-sharing workplace concept within an established corporate environment on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Collect and align stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate communication and stakeholder management
• Prepare office areas for desk-sharing use
• Oversee furniture orders, deliveries, and installations
• Coordinate external contractors
• Develop and manage implementation plans
• Ensure layout plans are correctly prepared and executed

Profile

• Solid experience in workplace / office implementation projects
• Hands-on project delivery experience
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• CAD knowledge
• German C2 (mandatory) and English B2

Contract Details

• 02.03.2026 to 31.12.2027
• 100% workload
• Zurich office (hybrid)
