Description:

Development of a multi-tier platform for support of clinical trials. The team has been developing Electronic forms for Clinical Trials (Web, Mobile).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business analyst in software projects
• Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, BPMN)
• Good knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization
• Strong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
• Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
• Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
• Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
• Upper intermediate English (written and verbal)

• Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
• Technical background – understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, etc.
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, define, and translate business objectives and distribute to a team
• Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production
• Interact with a team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team
• Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
• Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs
