Are you ready to take ownership of IT support in a fast-growing MedTech scale-up, where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy working on hands-on projects like structuring SharePoint, setting up a ticketing system such as Jira, and managing IT assets within an ISO 27001 framework?

My client is a pioneering MedTech company of around 100 people, scaling to 140+ this year on a mission to revolutionize healthcare. They're looking for an internal IT Support Engineer to build and professionalize their internal IT function. Reporting directly to the Head of Information Security, you will be the go-to person for all internal IT matters for a diverse team of over 50 nationalities. The core tech stack includes Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure for identity, with the wider company leveraging AWS for its cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in reducing reliance on external providers and making a serious impact by building a robust IT function from the ground up.

Your profile:

• 1+ years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments and user support.
• Familiarity with the Office 365 suite, including SharePoint and user administration.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware management (laptops, NAS).
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a desire to take on more responsibility over time.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a significant plus.
