Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to build scalable, high-performance, and intuitive frontend applications for enterprise-grade AI and analytics platforms. This role involves close collaboration with backend, data, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences for complex, data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React js
Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for consistency and faster development
Implement modern frontend architecture patterns ensuring maintainability and extensibility
Translate UI UX designs and business requirements into responsive, high-performing interfaces
Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
Identify and resolve UI and performance issues across devices and platforms
Follow frontend security, accessibility WCAG, and usability best practices
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers
Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
Mentor junior frontend developers and support frontend capability building

Must-Have Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in frontend development with strong hands-on React js expertise
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong experience with React ecosystem including Hooks, Context API, Redux, Zustand, or React Query
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Proven ability to optimize frontend performance for enterprise applications
Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind, CSS in JS, or SCSS
Exposure to AI, analytics, or data-driven enterprise platforms
Experience contributing to frontend architecture or design systems
Understanding of accessibility standards and frontend security best practices
Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior frontend developers
