Business Analyst/Scrum Master

As a Business Analyst, your mission will be to transfer user requirements to the team, functional design and validation of a regulatory application.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts.

· You will define the business logic of a BigData system to achieve project’s goals

· You will act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding the teams and conducts business research and/or data analysis

· You will support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model and translating it into target operating models

· You will be responsible for gathering and preparation Business requirements from users.

· You will be responsible for creating Test Plans and closely cooperate with software developers to perform different type of testing and test validations.

· You will create competitive environment to set high standards, encourages and supports continual improvements within the team.

· You will create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs)

· You will use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance team

· You will document your solutions in tools as: JIRA, Confluence, ALM…

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications

· Significant Business Analysis or Product Management experience (software, 3+ years, multiple organizations)

· Proactive and investigative mindset – able to independently explore issues and propose improvements

· Strong presentation and storytelling skills – ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· You have worked with software development teams directly

· Experience in working in SCRUM or other Agile framework

· University background oriented to financial/business.

· Excellent knowledge of SQL

· Knowledge of Excel at a medium user level.

· Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

· Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizations

· Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills

· Very good command of English (at least B2+)

Salary- 120-130/hr on B2B

UOP- 80/hr to 85/hr on Gross PLN
