Digital Product Manager (UAE National)

Our client is hiring a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the delivery of a product portfolio. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in managing digital product portfolios, technical platforms, and Agile delivery frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of aligning digital platforms with business strategy while delivering measurable value.

• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of multiple EHS/Sustainability digital products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps that reflect evolving business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to product owners and technical experts on enterprise-level platforms.
• Agile Delivery: Ensure consistent application of Agile methodologies across product teams to deliver business value iteratively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across departments, manage interdependencies between products, and resolve conflicts or escalations effectively.
• Talent Development: Foster a collaborative environment that nurtures digital talent while promoting innovation aligned with company values.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital product portfolios or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise platforms in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working in multicultural environments.
