We’re looking for a macroeconomically strong, technologically curious, and highly communicative Analytics Consultant to join our Norwegian Market Insight team.

If you love diving into macroeconomic questions, exploring new technologies, and turning complex insights into clear communication — this could be your next step.

What you’ll do

Macroeconomic Analysis (Core)

• Contribute to business cycle and market analyses
• Build forecasting and scenario models
• Analyse trends within buildings, housing and real estate
• Work closely with senior economists in Norway
• Gradually take ownership of specific analyses and deliverables

Analysis Processes & Technology

• Help standardise, automate and improve our analytical processes
• Use and further develop our analytical tools and platforms
• Work with technologies such as:
• AI‑backed analytics
• Automated data collection & processing
• Act as a bridge between economic expertise and technology (no coding background required)

Communication & Collaboration

• Present insights clearly in reports, presentations and client dialogue
• Communicate complex concepts simply — internally and externally
• Collaborate closely with:
• Other analysts
• Commercial teams
• Technology teams

What you bring

Education

• Master’s degree in:
• Economics
• Finance
• Statistics or an equivalent quantitative field
• Specialisation in macroeconomics, analysis or quantitative subjects is an advantage — not a requirement

Experience

• Either a recent graduate with excellent academic results or
• Someone with a few years’ experience in analysis, consulting or finance
• Talent, curiosity and learning ability matter more than years of experience

Language Skills

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Able to simplify and confidently explain complex topics
