Product Manager

A leading Singapore-based digital payments provider, is seeking a driven and user-focused Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of its mobile and web platforms.

Operating within a highly regulated fintech environment, the organisation delivers end-to-end digital asset infrastructure and payment solutions, enabling businesses to confidently enter and scale within the digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for mobile and web platforms, with a strong focus on seamless and intuitive user experiences. • Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation, design, and build through testing and deployment — in collaboration with Engineering, UI/UX, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams. • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, sprint plans, and release management materials. • Drive agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, prioritisation, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen product positioning, pricing, and feature strategy. • Manage external vendors and integration partners, overseeing onboarding, implementation planning, and operational support. • Define, track, and optimise product KPIs and user metrics using data insights and user feedback. • Ensure product alignment with regulatory standards, operational controls, and internal compliance policies. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market materials, product training, and client-facing documentation. • Support post-launch activities including user enablement, issue resolution, and continuous product enhancement.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or product development, ideally in consumer-facing mobile or web applications. • Strong user-centric mindset with solid analytical capabilities; experience with SQL or product analytics tools is advantageous. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous, and high-growth environments. • Experience building products from 0-to-1 is highly valued. • Strong attention to detail with awareness of risk and regulatory considerations.
