📌 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach Agile best practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a Remote opportunity within the USA and open for C2C (Corp-to-Corp) engagement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and ensure adherence to best practices

Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs

Track sprint progress, metrics, and deliverables

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Drive Agile maturity across teams and organization

🎯 Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred
