What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and Retrospectives
• Guide the team in becoming high-performing, self-organizing, and self-managing
• Actively participate in ART-level events such as PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
• Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and ensure alignment to objectives
• Track and communicate Agile metrics to promote empirical decision-making
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Currently hold a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
• SAFe Scrum Master/Advanced Scrum Master or Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Experience with Jira & Confluence for user story creation and backlog management
• Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, written, and non-verbal communications
