Position: Data Analyst

Location: Ladson, SC

Length: 3+ Month Contract

Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience working with ERP data, including SQL-based extraction, validation, and modeling to support production, quality, or supply‑chain operations.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and automated BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) following best‑practice visualization standards.
  • Demonstrated skill in ensuring data integrity, resolving discrepancies across transactional and operational systems, and supporting data governance efforts.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities, translating complex operational and cost data into clear insights that support KPI development, decision‑making, and continuous improvement.


Essential Functions:

  • Extract, validate, and model complex ERP data using SQL and related tools to support production, quality, and supply chain decision-making.
  • Build and manage trusted ERP data models, reference datasets, and ETL processes that enable scalable reporting and analytics across teams.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), applying data visualization best practices for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure ERP data integrity by troubleshooting discrepancies between transactional systems and operational processes, supporting data governance and reliability.
  • Partner with operations leaders to define and evolve KPIs aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Analyze operational and cost data to identify trends, constraints, and key performance drivers across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through clear data storytelling, enabling informed decisions at both frontline and leadership levels.
  • Support planning and continuous improvement through data-backed analysis of historical performance, current conditions, and future scenarios.
