📢 Hiring: Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer (OpenShift, Cloud Infrastructure & SRE) | Bangalore

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift (including disconnected/air‑gapped environments), Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and SRE practices.

📍 Location: Bangalore and Pune

🚀 What You Will Do

OpenShift & Container Platform

• Deploy & manage containerized applications in disconnected/air‑gapped environments.
• Set up & administer OpenShift clusters, mirror registries, image management, and offline upgrades.
• Manage Operators, Helm charts, and adapt deployments for OpenShift compatibility.
• Replace Azure managed services (PostgreSQL, Redis, Service Bus, Storage, etc.) with self‑managed equivalents.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for offline environments.

Cloud Infrastructure (Azure & AWS)

• Build & maintain secure, scalable multi‑cloud infrastructure using IaC (Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Ensure cloud networking, security, and compliance across environments.
• Integrate IaC with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Evaluate cloud services with a strong focus on reliability & security.

SRE & Automation

• Set up and audit CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Implement observability (metrics, logs, tracing, synthetic monitoring).
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes & production infrastructure issues.
• Establish SLOs/SLIs, incident response processes, and reliability frameworks.
• Mentor the team and promote DevOps/SRE best practices.

🎯 Required Skills

• 2–3+ years hands‑on Red Hat OpenShift (especially disconnected setups).
• Strong Azure & AWS cloud engineering experience.
• Kubernetes, Helm, Operators, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with self‑hosted services: PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, Splunk.
• Strong Linux & scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with synthetic monitoring & incident management.

⭐ Nice to Have

• OpenShift, Azure, AWS certifications.
• GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins experience.
• Exposure to ITSM tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
• Understanding of security compliance for financial services.
