Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Technology with strong DevOps and AWS experience to lead a team responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability. The role involves hands-on technical leadership, automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps/Platform team (6–10 members).
• Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS/ECS, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Ensure high availability, monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
• Drive security best practices and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on AWS experience.
• DevOps tools: Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Linux, Git, scripting (Python/Bash).
• Monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
