LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team!

🔹 Experience: 8–12 Years

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent

🔹 Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai

🔹 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office

🔹 Notice Period: April Joiners Preferred

🛠️ Mandatory Requirements

✔ AMS experience is a MUST

✔ ITIL support experience is a MUST

✔ Proven experience as a Project Manager (Manufacturing projects is a plus)

✔ Experience in resource management, risk management, project planning & tracking

✔ Strong knowledge of SLA tracking and reporting

✔ Experience working in Onsite-Offshore model coordination & governance

✔ Experience in SOW creation, invoicing, and iManage

✔ Ability to support Order-to-Cash processes within LTIM

✔ Strong understanding of LTIM processes and policy adherence

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ ITIL Certification (Mandatory)

🔸 Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

🔸 Own end-to-end delivery and ensure project governance

🔸 Collaborate with customer architects, tech leads, Product Owners & stakeholders

🔸 Drive SLA adherence and reporting excellence

🔸 Ensure smooth onsite-offshore coordination

🔸 Mentor and guide team members
